Moden Thibodeau

Creative Lead, Founder

Moden is the Founder and Creative Lead of Moden Agency — a one-stop creative partner for brands that want strategy, identity, and campaigns that actually perform. A graduate of the VCU Brandcenter, he's spent 15+ years inside some of the best creative environments in the world, guiding work for Walmart, Nissan, Disney, and others. Trained as an art director, strategist, and visual artist — and certified in StoryBrand — he brings a curiosity mindset and an audience-first approach to everything he touches, because he believes that's what it actually takes to make work that connects.

That belief led him to develop the Art of the Audience, a program that puts the audience at the center of every brand decision. He also teaches at the Denver Ad School, where he helps shape the next generation of creative thinkers.

When he's not doing all of that, he helps his oldest son run CTYZN Records — a record store born from a shared love of music and the belief that some things are just better in person.

Andrew Butler

Brand Strategy Lead

Andrew Butler is a brand strategist who works with leaders at inflection points — when something isn't working and the path forward isn't clear. His role is to refocus organizations around an elevated brand story and shift the behaviors that change the trajectory of a business.

Over 25+ years he's done that for some of the world's most recognized brands: Jack Daniel's, New Balance, Taco Bell, Bridgestone, Bank of America, Park Hyatt, Hasbro, and Walmart. His work has been recognized by the Effies, Jay Chiat Awards, ARF David Ogilvy, and Graphis Platinum, among others.

Andrew is also the author of Fear the Familiar — a book about the patterns that quietly hold businesses back, and what it takes to break them before they break you.

Ali Rose

Success Manager

Ali knows how to move things forward. As a singer, songwriter, and touring artist — known in the Richmond, Virginia music scene as Deau Eyes — she's built a career on doing exactly that: managing US tours from the ground up, keeping productions on track, and turning timelines into something people actually want to be part of.

That same energy is what she brings to client success. Ali genuinely loves people, and it shows. She keeps clients informed, teams aligned, and the momentum going from kickoff through delivery — because for her, a project is never just a project. It's a relationship.
